Creative Learning Practice Programme now open!

Royal Opera House Bridge is launching a new support programme for freelancers developing work with schools, children and young people. The Creative Learning Practice Programme is designed to support creative individuals or small groups of individuals who collaborate to develop work for, by and with children and young people. It will help you with your planning and give you space with like-minded professionals to reflect on your practice.
The programme will feature:
• training to support you develop and articulate your offer to schools
• 1–1 support from a mentor from the education or cultural sector
• the opportunity to learn about the Developing Your Creative Practice fund from Arts Council England

Who is it for?
We welcome applications from freelance professionals across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and North Kent who work with, or are wishing to work with schools, children and young people. We are interested in supporting creative practitioners who work across a wide range of artforms, including museum practice, literature and film. We welcome submissions from people from all backgrounds and with all different kinds of life experiences, and those who explore diverse or inclusive practices.

All successful applicants will receive a bursary of £400 to enable your participation the programme.

Applications close: Monday 24 January 2022, 5pm
