ella forums Virtual Leadership Development Group Meetings

ella forums is pleased to invite you to attend one of our Leadership Development Group Virtual Zoom taster sessions in May. The meetings will be an opportunity to connect with others in the sector and build relationships which, given the current requirement for social distancing, is more important now than ever before. It will also provide a chance for you to discuss the challenges you & your organisation are facing and receive feedback from your peers in these unprecedented times.
ella meetings usually take the form of face to face sessions of speakers - for learning and peer to peer meetings for support and coaching. Given the unprecedented situation right now however, we have taken the decision to hold the sessions virtually via Zoom and also provide all meetings free of charge for the next 3 months. This will give you the opportunity of joining, experiencing and learning from a range of specialist speakers nationally & sector leaders locally at no charge for now.
With this in mind, we would like to invite you to join our upcoming speaker sessions:
13th May between 10.00am-11.30am will be led by fundraising and culture consultant Emily Petty on the subject of Shifting fundraising strategies in times of change.
27th May between 10.00am-11.30am will be led by leadership coach David Milton on the subject of Building Resilience.
