I have always had a fascination with cubism. There is something about the unusual and sometimes nonsensical angles that I find very satisfying.

This was a work from imagination without any prior sketching. It was a case of starting with one line and then seeing how the painting unfolded. It is almost like the painting told me where the lines should go.
