FREE course about getting a better nights sleep

Are you tired of not getting a good night's sleep?
Good quality sleep is crucial for living a healthy lifestyle, although sometimes circumstances in life can prevent you from getting a good night’s sleep. During this course, you will learn about the different stages of sleep, and the physiological and psychological benefits sleep has on functioning. You will then explore different strategies and sleep hygiene that can be implemented at home to improve your sleep.
Learning objectives:
To understand the psychological and physiological benefits of sleep.
To learn strategies to improve your sleep.
This course takes place over three hours in one session.
