Seen Forms Exhibition in Prague
I am delighted to have my time lapse video ‘time lapse II’ selected to be exhibited at HY B4 Galerie Kampus Hybernská in January 2020.
The opening event will be held on January 10th 6-9pm.
The video is one in a series of investigations into the concept of time and features footage documenting the tidal flow in a cove in Cornwall over the period of a week. In addition to the video there are also several series of stills taken from the video.
“Time: the indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past, present and future regarded as a whole “*
Caryl’s current focus through her art practice is an investigation into the concept of time. How it is perceived by the individual, how it can be marked and measured by recurring events in the natural world and our daily routines. How it can seemingly change speed in our personal everyday lives.
Her story evolves through a continuing journey of discovery told through the medium of time lapse video and photography.
