Cardboard Creation Competition - Wasteaware
Create something fantastic from card and win a Kindle e-reader
To promote the upcoming changes to the way cardboard is collected across Hertfordshire, WasteAware have created a house made completely from scrap cardboard. However we challenge Hertfordshire residents to do better!
We're looking for you to get creative with card and share what you make through a YouTube video competition. You can make anything you want as long as it's from card such as card art, sculptures, useful card items or even a cardboard costume, it's totally up to you.
Once you've made your cardboard creation simply post a video of it on your YouTube page and then register your video with us by using the application form below. Once we've received your application we will share your video through our YouTube feed at youtube.com/HertsWasteAware . The video with the most YouTube “likes” between Saturday 25th May 2013 to Friday 20th September 2013 will win a Kindle Fire e-reader.
To make it fair we have 2 e-readers available, 1 for each of the following age categories: under 16's and 16's and over so please remember to register your age when filling in the application form.
We are running this competition to highlight the future changes taking place to your cardboard collections. More information on these changes is available from the Wasteawre website - http://www.wasteaware.org.uk/news/cardboardcomp.cfm
