We are looking for bright and approachable people to work as front of house handling visitor entry to the event and helping out as stewards.
You will be helping front of house staff who will be taking ticket money for entry to the event both in cash and credit card payments, issuing tickets and catalogues, collecting and recording electronically visitor email addresses plus explaining about the event and giving general guidance for visitors.
All training will be given on the Saturday morning.
You may also be required to stand in on an exhibitors stand whilst they complete a live art demonstration or assist them with setting up for their demonstration. Plus offer to stand in and allow artists to take a break from time to time.
This is a short opportunity for two days over the weekend of Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th of November 2020. You will be required to work from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm on Saturday the 14th and 10.00 am until 4.00 pm on Sunday the 15th of November.
The opportunity would suit a higher education art student or emerging artist interested in seeing and working at a major art fair in order to gain first hand experience of what an art fair is all about.
All reasonable expenses paid.
