The Cream Room launches new record label

The Cream Room launches new record label

The Cream Room is launching a new record label with the aim of offering support and distribution to artists and musicians that have recorded at the studio. The first release from the newly formed Cream Room Productions label will be ‘Lone Wolf’, an original song by Alexa Mullins, a 14 year old singer / songwriter from Hertford.

Alexa came to us towards the end of last year for a song development session and we were very impressed with both her songwriting and her down to earth approach to music. We thought it would be a shame if we didn’t offer the opportunity for as many people as possible to hear and buy the song and as we’d been toying with the idea of a label committed to supporting material recorded at The Cream Room for a while, this seemed the perfect opportunity to get that project started.

The new label will focus on artists looking for partnership in taking the steps toward more exposure for their music. The Cream Room is developing strategic partnerships with music PR, distribution and other music industry contacts to assist with making an impact in an increasingly overpopulated market.

‘Lone Wolf’ is released by Cream Room Productions (www.creamroom.co.uk) on 6th May and will be available to download from iTunes and other digital stores.
