Artist looking for studio/space near Huddersfield

Can you help artist, Dalis Kat, who is looking for a space to use as an art and craft studio in or near Huddersfield?

Details from Dalis are below:

I'm looking for a studio/space costing around £70-80 per month. I have 4 big tables with chairs and display unit and cabinets which will probably be around 100-120 square feet where I could store my art. I need to have disabled access as I could only manage up to first floor by stairs. I need to be in safe and friendly environment as it will be used for child art therapy too. I'm looking for somewhere in Huddersfield and areas close by.
