Artist Opportunity: Open Art Exhibition: Greetland

A new Open Gallery in Greetland is looking for artworks on the theme of "Open" for an exhibition in May 2022. The Open Art Exhibition provides artists with a great opportunity to get greater exposure by exhibiting their work at the Open Gallery in front of a new audience.

The Open Gallery is looking for artists to display 2D artwork in our new gallery space in Greetland. The gallery is due to open in May 2022 and this will be the first exhibition. The gallery will be based in the Victoria Mills (currently under refurbishment), Stainland Road, Greetland, HX4 8AD. The exhibition will run for 3 weeks from 4th May 2022.

Artists are invited to produce and submit original work on theme "Open". You can interpret how ever you wish the word. It could be an open can, mind, air etc.. They will accept artwork from any individual artist who lives/works in the UK and will be able to deliver and pick up their artwork to/from the gallery.

Any two dimentional art can be submited through the curatorspace.com, the work can be in any media paintings, photography, mixed media etc. on the theme "Open".

To Apply:
Free to apply. If accepted there will be a fee of £28 per artist.
Provide a short description of your work (150 words maximum), Price (if you would like to sell it) and size.
Two Photographs of your works.

The work can be offered for sale during exhibition, there will be a commission charge of 15% of the sale price of each piece of art, to cover the admin costs.

If you accepted, your artwork will be exhibited at the Open Gallery, on the Open Gallery's website and social media channels.

By taking part in the Open Art Exhibition you agree that your images can be used for any publicity material (social media and/or printed matter like flyers or posters).
