XTRAX: Project Manager

XTRAX is looking for a Project Manager to support artists, develop relationships with festival partners and deliver strategic initiatives in support of the outdoor arts sector.

Duration: Fixed term contract until 31st August 2021
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 depending on experience
Hours of work: Full time
Responsible to: Creative Development and Partnerships Manager

The post holder will work across the organisation, as part of a collaborative team, and taking an independent lead on an allocated portfolio of activity. They will work at a senior level, liaising with artists and project partners and leading meetings with stakeholders and board members. They have responsibility for large projects and compile budgets and financial reports as well as being involved in monitoring and evaluation.

The Project Managers of XTRAX are responsible for the planning and delivery of a range of projects and events. Responsibilities are divided across the team according to the requirements of each project and the organisation. The new post-holder will not be required to lead on all of the following but will be required to lead on some activities and contribute to others.

Working closely with core XTRAX staff and partners, the post holder will contribute to the delivery of XTRAX showcases, both in the UK and internationally and the effective delivery of the Without Walls commissioning and touring programme and the Touring Network Partnership.
