Childwickbury Art Fair

Childwickbury: The 2015 Arts Fair takes place on the 3rd, 4th and 5th July, and this year I'm delighted to be one of the participants demonstrating my art/work (in the stable block) - do join us for a fabulous long weekend.

In 2003 the Childwickbury estate first opened its gates to a new art event for St Albans. It has since grown into a hugely popular and well respected event for both visitors and participants.

Childwickbury Arts Fair now consists of marquees housing over 60 artists, live music, fresh and healthy food, a licensed bar, education and activities for everyone, all in a special and unique atmosphere.

What makes this event so inspiring is that all artists and craftspeople demonstrate their skills on site. The relaxed and easy going attitude of the fair creates the perfect environment for visitors to approach artists and ask them questions about how they work. Of course it is also a perfect occasion to buy original pieces of art direct from the artist.
