The University of Huddersfield Saxophone Day
This annual event, directed by Sarah Markham, is a celebration of the saxophone. The day includes concerts, workshops, a masterclass, with plenty of opportunities to take part and play. There will be exhibitions and time allocated to try the latest products from Selmer, Vandoren, Yamaha, D’Addario Woodwind, Yanagisawa and Windstruments. All visiting saxophonists are invited to play in the Saxophone Orchestra, which will rehearse during the day and take part in the final concert.
