During this course you will gain some understanding of how emotional intelligence is a skill that can help you to further access how you experience both your internal and external world and build upon your ability to communicate this to others.

1. To gain an understanding of what emotions are and how to recognise them
2. To explore how communicating emotions effectively can support mental wellbeing
