Reach Raising Money for Ankoma Outreach

Reach Raising Money for Ankoma Outreach

On 29th April, Reach will be performing in Huddersfield town centre to raise money for Ankoma Outreach, a charity dedicated to helping people in Ghana who live in poverty.

Reach children and teachers will be performing a mash up of previous performances and new performances in an attempt to help a charity very close to their hearts.

The event, which will take place at the end of next month, will provide local people with the opportunity to learn about Ankoma and Reach simultaneously.

One of the teachers, Sophie Elizabeth Henderson has worked with Ankoma before and even released an EP to raise money.

If you're wanting to attend then come along to Huddersfield Interchange where we'll be holding the event. It'll be an all day event but we'll have a more precise time frame closer to the time.

We'll also be taking over social media with our own hashtag so it would be great if you could all get involved.

Check out the Reach Arts Facebook page to find out more over the coming month.
