Chanter in concert - fantastic, foot-tapping celtic folk

Saturday 23 January 2010, Stoke Gabriel Village Hall

Celtic four-piece Chanter return to Stoke Gabriel for another (nearly) Burns night special. Chanter’s roots are in Northern Ireland and Scotland: ballads and exciting traditional set pieces such as reels, jigs and hornpipes, all sung with beautiful harmonies and some virtuoso playing. They went down a storm last year as the closing act of the Dartmouth Regatta.

Their last two concerts in Stoke Gabriel sold out. £8/£6. Doors 8pm, on stage 8.30pm. www.chanter.org.uk .

Tickets in advance from Stoke Gabriel Post Office, Torbay and Totnes Tourist Offices, or online at www.wegottickets.com.

Advance booking recommended – Chanter’s last two gigs in Stoke Gabriel sold out.
