Stevenage Museum Stevenage Museum
Stevenage Museum is a family-friendly museum that tells the story of the town from pre-history to the present day, using objects, film and photographs, sound recordings and plenty of hands on activities. Highlights include the Vincent HRD bike that was made in the town and the new town gallery, exploring Stevenage's role as the first post-war new town.
The museum offers a varied programme of exhibitions and runs regular events for visitors of all ages, from under fives to the retired, inlcuding school workshops and birthday parties.
