The music of Caladh Nua is both rousing and captivating, delivering a crystal vibrancy of sound that is deeply rooted in the south-eastern counties of Ireland. Comprising five versatile musicians and singers playing an array of instruments – the band manages to finely weave the essential qualities of traditional Irish music with pioneering contemporary styling. Performing a vast repertoire of haunting songs and evocative tunes the band continues to lead their listeners on a musical escapade of their own creation.
