Let’s Dance

‘Let’s Dance’ is an open dance workshop/class for anyone over 55, regardless of experience who would like to dance, meet new people, perform and of course have lots of fun! The class will be run by professional, experienced dancer Louise White.

The dance class will be held in the theatre at The Old Town Hall on a Monday morning between 11am and 12.30pm.

The class will focus on mobility, fitness and creative dance with light stretches, moving towards simple routines.

You will need to bring something loose that you feel comfortable dancing in, you can have bare feet or wear some soft shoes that you can move safely in.

£5 per session
