Free Online Contemporary Dance Class

During this isolation period I have decided to put on free contemporary dance classes on my professional Instagram account ‘ellieridance’ on Tuesday evenings.

These are open to all abilities and are adapted to suit small living spaces. All you will need is a bottle of water and comfortable, moveable clothing.

No need to book on just be on my Instagram account at 8pm and then click my story which will allow you to join the class. Start of the session will be a warmup (fitness based) and then onto the main section, the routine. The routine will differ each week so no need to worry if you missed a session!
